Your privacy is our highest priority. We protect your personal information in accordance with Islamic values and applicable privacy laws. This policy also explains what we cannot control once you choose to share information with another member — see Section 8.
We collect information you provide directly when creating a profile, including your name, date of birth, nationality, religious information, and contact details. We also collect usage data (such as login activity) to operate and secure the Platform.
Your information is used to operate the Platform: to display your profile to other members according to your privacy settings, verify your account, process membership payments, communicate with you about your account (including registration, invoice, and status emails), and maintain the safety and integrity of the community. We never sell or rent your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
Basic profile details are visible to other registered members according to the platform's browsing rules. Full contact information and private photo access are restricted to activated (paid) members, subject to your own privacy settings described in Section 4.
Our admin team can see your full profile, uploaded photo, and account/payment status in order to review, verify, and support your account — this access is limited to the site owner and authorized administrators, and is not shared externally.
Female members have full control over their profile photos. You may choose to hide your photo, apply a blur effect, or require admin approval before any member can view your photo. All uploaded photos undergo admin review before publication, and photo files are never made available at a public, guessable URL.
We implement reasonable security measures including encrypted transmission (HTTPS), secure password hashing (passwords are never stored in plain text or visible to our staff), access controls on uploaded photos, and session-based authentication. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security — see the Limitation of Liability section of our Terms & Conditions.
We use a single essential session cookie to keep you logged in and protect your account (including on the admin panel, for administrators). We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies. If you choose "Remember me" at login, that session cookie persists on your device for a longer period so you don't need to log in every visit.

We do not permit these providers to use your information for their own purposes.
This Privacy Policy governs how we handle your information. It does not, and cannot, govern what another member does with information you voluntarily share with them directly — for example your phone number, social media, or additional photos exchanged once you're in contact with someone. Once shared with another individual, that information is outside our control. Please see Sections 7–10 of our Terms & Conditions for important safety guidance before sharing personal information with another member.
Personal contact information is only accessible to activated (paid) members. Free members can browse profiles but cannot access contact details.
We retain your profile and account data for as long as your account is active, plus a reasonable period afterward for legitimate business, security, and legal purposes (such as fraud prevention and invoice/payment records).
You may permanently delete your own account and all associated profile data, invoices, and uploaded photo at any time from your dashboard under Settings → Delete Account (this requires your password to confirm and cannot be undone), or by contacting us to request deletion.
You may access and correct most of your profile information directly from your dashboard. You may request a copy of the personal data we hold about you, or request its correction or deletion, by contacting us. We will respond to legitimate requests within a reasonable time.
The Platform is not intended for, and must not be used by, anyone under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect information from minors, and will delete any account found to belong to a minor.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will update the "Last updated" date above when we do; continued use of the Platform after a change is posted means you accept the revised policy.
